Hiang-káng ê Hoat-tı̄
Chı̍t ê Hiang-káng lâng kiâⁿ jı̍p-khı̀ kéng-sı̄-thiaⁿ (kéng-chhat chóng-kio̍k ) tùi kéng-tiúⁿ kóng: “Kéng-tiúⁿ sian-siⁿ, goá cha-hng ū lâi pò-àn, kóng goá ū chı̍t phoe hoè bô--khı̀. Taⁿ, goá í-keng chhoē--tio̍h. Goá beh lâi thiat-siau chit ê àn.” Kéng-tiúⁿ thiaⁿ liáu, ba̍k-thâu kat-kat, kā i kóng: “Lí ná m̄ khah chá lâi thong-butah (thong-ti) leh? ! E-chá-khí goán í-keng lia̍h tio̍h hit ê chha̍t-á lo͘h ! Jı̂-chhiáⁿ hoat-ı̄ⁿ mā í-keng kā phoàⁿ-hêng lah !”
