Ū chı̍t-ê Tâi-oân ê lāu-sian-siⁿ, hō͘ in kiáⁿ iōng i-chhin ê sin-hūn kā I sin-chhéng koè--lâi. In-ūi toà tı̄ Tâi-oân-lâng chò-hoé ê só͘-chāi, só͘-í boē-hiáu Eng-gí mā bô iàu-kín. Beh khı̀ kong-bı̂n jı̍p-che̍k khó-chhı̀ ê sı̂, in hāu-seⁿ kā i kau-tāi : Khó-chhı̀ ê hoat-koaⁿ ē mn̄g lí 3-ê būn-tê, lí ài ē-kı̀-tit. Tē-1, Canada ê chóng-lí sı̄ siáⁿ-mih lâng, lí ài ı̀n kóng sı̄ “Trudeau”; Tē-2, Lí tùi tó-ūi lâi, lí ài kóng “Tâi-oân”; Te-3, kā lí sin-chhéng lâi ê sı̄ siáⁿ-mih lâng, lí ı̀n kóng sı̄ “Gún hāu-seⁿ”. Hit-chı̍t-jit khı̀-kàu hoat-ı̄ⁿ ê sı̂, hoat-koaⁿ án-ne mn̄g, chit-ūi lāu-sian-siⁿ mā án-ne tap : Tē-1, lí kiò-chò siáⁿ-mih miâ? I kóng :“Thô͘-tāu”; Tē-2, Canada ê siú-to͘ tı̄ tó-ūi, i ı̀n kóng: “Tâi-oân”; Tē-3, Canada ê chóng-lí sı̄ siáⁿ-mih lâng? I mā bô-siūⁿ tō kóng: “ Gún hāu-seⁿ”.
